Hey Guys,
I'm new to the forums (1st post) but I have been reading them for quite a while now. A lot of handy information out there. Well, I just wanted to share with you my 5.1 home theater set-up. Below is the attachment, but first here are the text details:
TV: Samsung 43" HDTV DLP
DVD Player: Samsung DVD-HD931 via DVI connection
A/V Reciever: Pioneer Elite VSX-53TX
CD Player: Sony CDP-C445
VCR: Sony SLV-N77
4 TV monitors on top: 20" JVC
Rear surround speakers: Bose 161
I do not need a subwoofer since the two mains take care of that.
That's pretty much all the info. i can give you without talking about the two front main, the two centers, and the two amplifiers since they were all custom-made. I got the acrylic cabinetry, the two main speakers, the two center speakers, and the 4 JVC TV monitors all as a package that "Avex" puts together. "Avex" is a custom-tailered home theater design center that makes its own theater-quality speakers that you can't find in any store. Avex is exclusive to South Florida, but here's their website if you are interested:
Avex Home Theater . The sound quality coming from the two main and two centers are phenomenal in both music and movie playback, and the bass is outstanding even without a sub. I'm sorry about having to put the pictures in a Word document and for you to download it, but I assure you there are no viruses or anything else of that nature in the attachment. Please give me feedback based on the equipment and the pictures.
