Here's a max spl calculator you can use to see if you're even in the ballpark:

Here's an extremely forgiving review from the HeadFi guys, but they were using it as a headphone amp, not for speakers:

Sounds pretty questionable to me, and unlike most here, I'm somewhat forgiving when it comes to SETs. I would personally be very wary of Chi-Fi tube amps. Even in that extremely forgiving review, he mentions the el-cheapo trannys, which are the most important part of the amp.

For comparison, I recently saw a used Decware Mini Torii (similar to the Musical Paradise in that it uses 6V6 output tubes, a tube rollers dream, and similar power, only made with quality American iron and a designer you can call on the phone to ask questions) sell for $300, which, if you're into the single ended dark arts, would be much more attractive. But I still wouldn't try to drive your Axioms with such a thing.

Your splcalculator worked like a charm. The Musical Paradise is a perfect fit for the Axiom M22. Even in the anechoic measure the slp@ 1w/1m is 95.4 db.
More than enough.
