Music Direct

I know a few people here have dealt with Music Direct. I was wanting to know if anyone has a corporate or another phone number other than the customer service number on their website.
I called today to ask a few questions about a product and got one the rudest most arrogant CSR's I have experienced.
Any help will be appreciated.
