I looking for ideas to start building a collection of Music on dvd. I was hoping some other peoples idea's and favorites would give me some new titles to pick up. So far I only have Led Zep and Nora Jones.

I need to start utilizing my new Sierra's :D which rock.

Eagles. Amazing! GO GET IT!!

The gold boxed "Hell Freezes Over" Concert DVD set is absolutely clean and just makes you want to stay put in your theater recliner, and not budge, even if you have to pee! I felt like I was in highschool again during so many of the songs I heard, and the video was so alive. (Great camera coverage) I still can't believe that this kind of quality came out of a regular DVD. I'm getting the Panny Blu-Ray player for Christmas, and that's the first Disc I am getting on Blu-Ray. (Hope it's out on Blu-Ray!) Joe B.

It's Blu-ray, so technically not a DVD, but I LOVE the AC/DC - Live at Donnington disc.

There is a thread just like this one in the music area. Perhaps they could be combined?

Pink Floyd - The Pulse
Great DVD but I only watch the second disc. :D

For something different try Live in Japan by the Brian Setzer Orchestra. His rockabilly guitar slinging mixes well with the swing band sound. Includes a DTS soundtrack. This is a fun DVD to watch for all ages and musical tastes.

Also recommend X - Live in Los Angeles. L.A.'s most famous punk band can still rock and the concert commerated the 25th anniversary of the release of their first album Los Angeles.
