Multizone Receiver for ~450

Good afternoon guys,

A few of us are looking to get a receiever as a gift to a friend of mine for his wedding. He is looking for a multizone airplay receiver. He mentioned wanting to run a movie in the living room, while being able to run music to the patio outside as the same time through airplay. We would be looking to spend roughly $450. Any recommendations? He mentioned that he was looking at the Pioneer 1122.

Below is what he will be powering.

Polk Monitor 70s
CS2
Monitor 40s
A 12" sub (not sure which since he hasn't gotten one yet)

Why not get the pioneer? Amazon has them for 450. Pioneer is a solid brand. If it was something bad I'd steer him another direction, but in this case give him the Pioneer.
