Multiple Speaker Volume and Balance Control

I have the following components:

1) Denon surround sound amp
2) 2 Polk Audio Floor Standing Speakers - Rear
3) 2 Sony bookshelf speakers - wall-mounted - Front
4) Klipsch subwoofer - Rear

Question: Since I want to arrange these speakers in an L-R Stereo configuration (listen to jazz while working on my computer) and the speaker placement is awkward to say the least, how can I adjust the volume and balance for each speaker independently?

Please understand that I am not looking for a multi-room speaker control. I need to be able to control:

1) the volume and balance of my 2 front speakers
2) the volume and balance of my 2 rear speakers and subwoofer

Is there such a unit that does all this??

Hi. Assuming that you just want to set up your speakers to be balanced at your listening position, your Denon can probably do all of that for you, and depending on the model year, it might do it all automatically.

Which Denon receiver do you have?

Yes, Adam, you are correct. Once again, I am overthinking things and make them unnecessarily complicated. FYI, my Denon amp is: INTEGRATED NETWORK AV RECEIVER: AVR-2112CI

Thanks for indulging my ignorance. ;)

That's a nice receiver! Based on your response, I think that you know this, but in case I misread it - if you run the Audyssey setup, you should be good to go. Just let us know if you have any questions about doing that, or anything else.
