Multiple HDMI Outputs

I see a of of equipment with multiple HDMI inputs, even the new Radiient HDMI switch on the Home Page and the new Receivers. I need multiple HDMI outputs as I am trying to run my TV and projector from receiver which has inputs from DVD and Cable. Right now I am switching cables when needed.

Any suggestions?
