Hello everyone, I have a question that I hope some of you fellow users can help with. I am wondering if it is wise to use a 2Ch High Power Amp for my Klipsch RF7iiis and a 7Ch Amp to power my center and remaining surround/Atmos speakers. Will this sound odd? The 7Ch amp is an Outlaw Model 7000x and the 2Ch amp I have in mind is a Parasound A21+
thoughts?

The only "odd" thing is using powerful outboard amplifiers with Klipsch speakers, which are considerably more efficient than most speakers and can easily be driven to ear-bleeding levels with less than 50 watts per channel. However, if some of your speakers are another brand, they might benefit from a more powerful amplifier.

Having the two different amps (or three if you're still using any in an avr) as long as you level match will blend in just fine. They may have different capabilities depending on gain differences perhaps but not likely anything to worry about.
