multi-zone receiver help please

I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out what options are available for an important purchase. I am looking into a multi-zone or multi-room receiver. A lot of the resources I am using make it difficult to determine whether the receiver can output a 2nd, independent video source. Some (I know you already know this) only output a second audio source and some output what I think you call a "slave" signal, simply duplicating a single source on both monitors. I am, of course, looking for a reasonably priced receiver that can support two independent video sources simultaneously. I have found two models that I am absolutely clear on:

DENON AVR-2805 (my preference)
Kenwood VR-5080

I have a couple of questions. First, can you let me know if there are any others at about this price range or less expensive. Maybe even older models exist that I can find online less expensive, but I'm very recent to this search, and I'm hoping to use some of your expertise. Also, any advice on the two models listed above? I appreciate any help you all could offer.

Some terminology that might help:

Multi-zone or Multi-room: Receivers that state this can play in multiple zones, although sometimes only the same source as the main zone.

Multi-source: Multi-zone as well as the ability to play different sources in each zone.

To be sure to get what you want, make sure it says multi-zone and multi-source. A few can also send Video (usually composite only) to the second zone as well. Your best bet is to go to the various brand websites and download the manuals to see if they have the features you require.

I am definitely looking for a receiver that can support a second, independent video. Both of the models I mentioned offer this. Composite is fine for the second video. I appreciate the vocabulary, and it will help in my search. Any specific advice regarding the models I mentioned?

Denon 2805 & 3805 both give you audio and video output with full independent control of zone 2 including power, source selection, and volume. It also offers zone 3 audio output, with power, source select, and volume control.

Also consider: Yamaha 1500, 2500 which also offer the same triple zone output.

I will not comment on any other brands that I am not familiar with or models that I am not familiar with.
