I was wondering if any of you guys have experimented with different bitrates on any MP3 compatible CD players.

My main reaosn is I recently bought a CD player for my car that does MP3, and wanted to know if there was any issues with upping the bitrate, since I would like to encode at a bit better than 128kb/s.

I personally like to have my MP3s at 320kb/s. Burn a CD at higher bitrates and see what happens - CDs are cheap!

I would imagine the player will accept the spec and not care what bitrate the file is at, though I have little familiarity with car players.
