Mounting a projector screen to a cylindrical wall

I'm running an experiment for work that requires I mount a projector screen to the inside of a cylinder. I have a screen pre cut, just a piece of white, pearlescent vinyl 40'' x 160'', and needs to be mounted to polypropylene with no air bubbles in it (basically mounted like a professional to a flat wall).

One idea we had was to mount it to a strong, flexible plastic such as duralar and have the duralar conform to the shape of the cylinder, but we are having a lot of trouble finding a good adhesive to secure the two to each other. We are also open to other suggestions, as we have never done this before and are unfamiliar with accepted mounting techniques. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not sure, but I've gotta say that it sounds like a royal pain in the neck and quite costly.

This is a situation, where I would SERIOUSLY consider painting a screen if it is possible. Just paint the inside of the cylinder, and you are done.

There is big bucks spent on cylindrical screens and they aren't inexpensive for sure. But, I couldn't tell you the best way to go about making one from scratch.

Moreso, I'm not sure how you plan on projecting with any traditional projector onto a curved surface properly. You will need the right processors which can do this for you.
