Motorola or SA

Hola,

My rented SA8000HD has been dropping the sound while playing back recorded content. My Cable provider has suggested swapping it out with either a new SA8300HD or a Motorola (unknown unit at this point).

Not sure what they are offering, figured I'd ask before I showed up and exchanged it.

Opinions on which product is better?

I think that the biggest difference between the 8000HD and 8300HD is that the 8300HD supports HDMI.
Other than that they are pretty much the same. It sounds like you just need a new cable box as the one you have is defective. So just have them bring you a new one.
