Have any of you guys seen this, I read a couple of pieces on this and it seems to be real, but what do you guys think about this??

Yes, it's real and it works and it's been covered numerous times here. Do a search and you'll find the threads.

Obviously none of you have ever been in my classroom! I've got at least 12 natural subwoofers more powerful than that mechanical one!

It's real. It's basically a pulsating fan with a voice coil and large magnet. It needs a box the size of my bathroom to work. For the money, it's not worth it. There's just not much material down that low.
