Live.com is doing refunds again. You use their search engine to find stuff and when you use their link to go to Ebay you can potentially get as much as 11% in a refund. You have to use the "buy it now" option and you have to use Paypal...but it is free money if you find something you were going to buy anyway. I've used it and it worked like a charm.
