What Monoprice cables/wire do I need?

After doing a lot of research on this forum, I'm going to buy all of my cables, wires and connectors from Monoprice. I went to their site but am confused at what I'll need. My theater room is wired for 5.1 so I won't need to run any wire.

I think I'll get 3 HDMI cables, a subwoofer cable, speaker wire and banana clips. I know I'm forgetting something. Is there a particular gauge/product that I should get?

Here's the equipment I have/will have:

DISH HD
Panasonic TH-42PX75U or TH-50PX75U
Onkyo 505
Klipsch Quintet II speakers
X-sub
Samsung VHS/DVD Recorder

eilros, if I'm remembering correctly, the Onkyo 505 is unable to get audio input through HDMI (it might pass it to the HDMI output, but it can't process it). If that's correct, then you'll also want to get cables to connect audio from your DISH receiver and Samsung VCR/DVD to the Onkyo. You'll have to see what types of connections the DISH and Samsung have for audio. They might have digital connections (optical or coax) or just analog connections (dual RCA connectors that are red and white for right and left channels). Digital is the best choice.
