Monoprice Cable Issue

I recently ordered a several of the monoprice 3 ft. analog audio cables to connect from my receiver to my amp and for analog signals from source equipment. The cables were made of RG59 coax and the RCA connectors look good. I discovered that a bad cable was causing the left channel to drop out. I wasn't expecting much as the return shipping would exceed the cost of the $3 cable. A couple hourse after emailing monoprice about the defetive cable, I received a reply and shipping notice with the tracking information for my replacement cable, no questons asked. That is great customer service on an inexpensive product.

That is excellent service! I'm glad that it worked out so well for you. I will probably give them my business next time that I'm looking for cables. My first experience with Impact Acoustics has not been so favorable. I ordered a $55 75Ohm Taperwire cable from them last week (to run under a carpet), but what they sent was not at all what was advertised on their site (or what they described on the phone) and won't work for me. It's been over two business days since my first e-mail to them (I sent a reminder last night), and I've heard nothing from them. Hopefully soon. Again, though, great news about Monoprice, and thanks for sharing!

Great to hear! I have stacks of all types of their cables sitting in a box in case I need it in the future. I ordered more than I need "just in case". It's great that they are good cables, are insanely cheap, and have great customer service as you describe!

I have ordered several times from them, even though I'm in SOuth Florida & Mono Price is in California. With My first order I thought it would take 7 - 10 days but it was on my doorstep in 3 via USPS.

Their freight / shipping prices are excellent most other places GOUGE you in shipping cost. MonoPrice on the last order charged $ 7.50 they shipped Via Us Postal (USPS) and the box had a USPS stamp or $ 8.65. I do a lot of shipping for My company and I know how we charge. MonoPrice is very fair in shipping charges.
