Guys, I am likely going to be moving my HT soon. Right now, I'm running Canare 4S11, which are amazing wires and look nice. However, I now need to go from 5feet to 30 feet for the front soundstage as the AV rack will be in the back of the room.

It looks like I will need a 100 foot spool to cover my L R C at 30 feet each.
I was thinking of going with Canare again, but the cost of this wire has nearly doubled in a few years. For less than 1/2 of that, I can get this:

Does anyone use this wire? How flexible is it?

As long as these guidelines are followed

I don't see any problems using that wire.

As to how flexible it is? It's much more flexible than the solid core Romex that runs through the walls in your house.
Well, I fully understand that from a wire standpoint, it is fine. However, I have to do many bends to get around doors, and furniture. And it's not going through a wall. I was hoping someone who owns it can give some feedback. The 4s11 is very soft and malleable around corners.

Oh, in that case I wouldn't use it.
It comes down to it being the wrong application for that wire.
That wire is for in-wall use, isn't necessary to try to bend all that extra outer jacket around obstacles.
Why make extra work for yourself?
It won't be as malleable as wire that doesn't have the extra jacket, or the two extra leads, for that matter.

So, are there any cheaper wires out there than the 4s11 with similar properties?

Are looking for the white color because it hides better when going around door trim, etc?
If so, how about plain white speaker wire or zip cord?

Another suggestion use the wire you linked to, and use a hair dryer to help soften and mold it to your liking.

Hope this helps,
Good Luck

I don't own the Monoprice 4 14g conductor cables, but I do own the 14g 2 conductor and it worked perfectly for my rear surrounds. Very easy to pull and flexible.
