I am upgrading my home theater from a 7.1 system to a 9.1.4 system. To power that many speakers, I am looking to move to a separate receiver/amplifier. I am considering 2 Monolith 7x200 Amplifiers. They will probably be paired with a Marantz receiver, but still considering that purchase. Is the Monolith the best bang for the buck? I am not really looking to go high end as the room is only 22'x15' with 2 rows of tiered seating.
The speakers are all MartinLogan:
2x Motion 40 4ohm 20-300 watts (Fronts)
1x Motion 30 4ohm 20-200 watts (Center)
4x Motion 4 4ohm 20-150 watts (Surround/Wide)
2x Electromotion IW 4ohm 20-200 watts (Rear)
4x IC8 8ohm 90 watts (Ceiling)
