Monolith 15"/13" vs Arendal 1723 v1

I've been going over different reviews and subs for the past couple of weeks.
The room is around 3500-4000 cubic feet, and my budget is around 1800€.
My usage will be 70% movies / 30% music.
I'm not able to get a proper dual sub setup going due to space restricions and couch setup.
Although dual subs is "technically" possible, one sub would be mostly blocked, while I can get a single sub setup in the most optimal position possible.

For this reason I've decided to get a single big beast over 2 12" subs.

Since I live in europe my choices are rather limited, I'm down to these subs:
Monolith 15" at 1699€

This one is well reviewd here, and packs a mean punch, it is rather limited in functionality and is bulky.
My main concern is reliability, I've seen tons of posts with QC issues for these subs, however most of them date from 2019, has QC gotten better?
Customer support is entirely different in the EU than in the US, so brands that might get great customer support in the US, might be horrible in the EU.

At the same price is the Monolith 13":

From the graphs however I see that this one doesn't dip as low as the 15" but reviews here mentioned it to be a better in everything than the 15"?
Also for some reason there is a "phthalates" warning from the goverment on this model? Never seen such a thing before

The alternative would be the Arendal 1723 v1:

I've seen the entry level models mentioned here, but not this one.
It's exactly the same price as the monolith's, but I don't think this one will dig as low as the monolith.
They do offer a 10 year warranty (5 on electronics) and come with a ton of features, like smart PEQ, extra connectivity, different profiles per connection and app control.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

If you can only have one sub from that bunch, I would go with the Monolith 13". The Arendal sub would surely be good, but it is trading output for high-end features and build. If you want the biggest boom, Monolith 13", but if you want a more sophisticated sub that isn't huge, the Arendal would be better. Both are really good.
