I haven't tried their RedMere cables, but the RedMere tech is showing up in some newer cables from other companies as well. I would say that the added flexibility that this gives the shorter length cables can be invaluable for cable management and doesn't stress the connection point into your components nearly as much which is nice, but doesn't add or take away from the video quality.
Their slimmer cables are just more 'managable' but don't add quality.
Are they as good as your Audioquest HDMI cables?
