monkey audio

I have never worked with .ape files ,I recently downloaded a monkey audio file set to play in foobar ,but when trying to go from file to file the normal method will not work ,is there a secret?

I don't quite understand the question...

You mean you can't 'skip' to the next song?

You mean the file is a whole album stuck together in one file? If this is the case, did it come with a .cue file?
