This week I've been doing some overviews on Monitor Audio's newest Gold Line of speakers and this is the last of the pack. Take a look at the new ultra-compact C150 Centre Speaker.
The C150 is a sealed cabinet featuring twin 5.5″ drivers and their already famous ribbon in a two and half way orientation providing dispersion across a range from 50Hz to 60kHz. According to MA, the C150 is small enough to fit into most AV racks and is designed to match the smaller Gold speakers, specially in a home theater configuration. The C150 shares tonal characteristics with all models, and its capabilities are also compatible with any ‘Gold’ system design. So, there you have it.
