Hey guys, I am new to the hobby and have just started building a system for my home use. I have a vintage Onkyo Integra TX -890 receiver and a pair of Monitor Audio BX2 speakers.
A buddy has a pair of Epos speakers that are 4 ohm that I love, and I found a pair on CL. I want to know if I connect the Epos to the A outputs and the monitors to the B outputs, can I run both at the same time?
The manual says A or B: 4 ohm min, A and B: 8 ohm min. The reciever is rated at 125 wpc into 8 ohms, 380 wpc into 2 ohms. It also says it is designed to consistently deliver it's full rated power into low impedance loads and that it has a discrete output stage.

No you can not the impedance will be too low.
