Projector Applications

Ray,
Good review. One of the projector sites gave this model an OK review and it is good to see your objective feedback. They agreed that the combination of 2000 ANSI lumens and the 2x color wheel was geared towards system integrators and comericial applications vs. home theater. The 2x color wheel explains the rainbow issues you observed.

I think that one of the Mitsubishi HT models like the HC3000 would have been more comparable to the Optima HD72.

It is great to see AH doing more projector reviews and I would be interested in your thoughts on the Optima HD7100.
