MITSUBISHI 52725 or Samsung HLP5085W

Hello, I'm browsing for a new TV for my room.

For me looks like that the Mitsubishi DLP projection TV is the best buy at this moment but I'm not sure so I need some advice.

I salesman said that the LCD's are better over the DLP's ones, other guy said the oposite so who is right?

I'm looking to spend $3.000,00 on a TV and want to know which one is better? MITSUBISHI 52725 or the Samsung HLP5085W?

Is there a better TV beside the ones that I mentioned above? "same price range"

I really don't want to make any mistake before I buy it.

You can't go wrong with either of those two. I'd check out the JVC D-ILA which is basically LCoS technology with three chips and doesn't use a color wheel. The JVC has a terrific picture that rivals either of the other two.

DLP has better, fuller color. Deeper blacks, truer whites.

LCD tends to be brighter, in my opinion sometimes more washed out.

In HD, id always take better color definition over something that was brighter.
