Mitsibishi model 5042 projection tv 2 part ?

Hi everyone,
Somehow we've lost ext 1, ext 2 & ext 3. I didn't realize they were gone until just recently when I wanted to access them. When I toggle the input button on the remote it only gives me Antenna A & Antenna B. Since cable repair and a private repairmen have been here in the last year I'm not sure which one messed it up. However, neither did anything to the actual tv so I'm baffled. I appreciate any help..

Vcr is in for repair. We can't get tv to work w/o it. I have incoming cable connected to cable decoder box, out from box to antenna A..all I get is a blue screen..any ideas?

We also have a Sony home theatre connnected to it all.

My post is probably a bit late.

In the setup menu is a function to turn on/off various inputs. I believe it is called "Input Assignment". You can also rename them to something more appropriate like SAT, DVD, VCR...
