miss tracking

hello all; i'm new to this site,been in audio and hometheater for over 30 years,my question is that i just bought the newest harrypotter movie on blueray and for the first time l'm having problems with the audio tracking on this movie,its like watching a old kung-fu movie.I don't know if it's this audio track on this movie ,if i pause the movie its okay for a while,but then latter begings to get worse. Has anybody had this before on this movie or anyother movie. thanks all.

It sounds as if you have a faulty disc.

Can you try it on another player?

It sounds like

a) Your receiver lacks HDMI 1.3 lip sync
b) Your Blu ray player can't process blue ray

I was going to try the disc on my other player but found out i need to update that player.also i do not have 1.3,my lg player came out just before 1.3 was coming into play.my player has played everything fine up till this movie. thanks for the responses.dglinn
