Hi,
I broke the Y-adapter on my Mirage FRxSB subwoofer input. It had been working great. After replacing the Y-adapter, it seems that my subwoofer's volume is way too low. I have to set it nearly at maximum to hear it work.
The y-adapter plugs into the subwoofer input and the xover input. Touching the xover input with the source makes a large buzzing sound, while touching the sub input [which is where the adapter broke] is silent.
TIVO fiber audio is connected into Yamaha RX-V730 Receiver, which connects to the subwoofer. The Yamaha Receiver is programmed correctly.
Please advise.
