First off, I am not sure this is the sub I heard (I was out of town in another state where I heard it) so take what I say with a grain of salt. The sub was used to augment the bass for music. The sub would be useless for HT purposes It would bottom out very quickly. Again I am not positive this is the same sub.

Define what you mean by good.
As a 9" cube, you can't expect much deep bass.

I don't think it represents good value unless size is a very high priority.
I do believe Mirage is a decent company, so would expect it to be reasonably good for what it is; but at the end of the day, it is a tiny sub!
