I have an integra dtr 80.2 and a oppo 105d I played a DVD audio with my integra on tv/cd mode so two video sources played at the same time which caused distortion I had it at a low volume could that have damaged my paradigm speakers

You probably didn't damage your speakers but playing two sources simultaneously could cause distortion. Don't do it.
