If there is serial control possible, then yes, but a interface may be much more difficult to come by.

Of course, Crestron is coming out with their iPod interface which will offer up some digital jukebox control at a fair price.
For DVD serving - I am working on a 100% dedicated Crestron macro for multiple 400 disc changer controls (brand doesn't matter). It may take me a year to finish it though.
