Media Closet Wiring Help

Ok, I'm finally getting around to getting my media closet put together and would appreciate any suggestions from the veterans!

I am putting a 19" rack in my media closet with plenty of ventilation and access. I am re-routing all of my cabling to here, so it will have two patch panels - one for phone and one for network.

From here I plan to run the following to every room:
2 x RG6
2 x Cat 6e
2 x 12g speaker cable

For my large HT
1 x HDMI
6 x RG6
2 x Cat 6e
2 x 12g speaker

The large HT has a 108" projection screen and front projector and is using the Bose Acoustimass 6.1 system

For my small HT (every day TV room)
1 x HDMI
6 x RG6
2 x Cat 6e
2 x 12g speaker

The closet is going to house (2) cable boxes, 400 DVD changer and MP3 server (in addition to my file server). I've been looking at the Channel Plus 5x8 video distribution to modulate my cable boxes, DVD, house cameras and potentially VCR to every room. I haven't completed my thoughts on whole house audio yet, so that is still in the future. Right now I'm looking to consolidate all of my cable boxes and amps into a central location that can be used anywhere.

Do you see any big holes in this plan? Someone had mentioned to me using the mini-hr cables, and that looks MUCH easier than running multiple RG6 to each location but I'm not sure how to terminate those (for instance, how to terminate the BNC from mini-hr to coax so I can run my cable boxes).

Is mini-hr the best way to go instead of RG6?

I can't answer the mini-hr cable question because I don't even know what they are, but the rest of the plan looks pretty sound to me. The key consideration is to make sure you run every type of cable you need now and might possibly need in the future. As I like to say 'too much is better than not enough'.

Every room MUST have 2 RG6 and 2 Cat5/6. You can add other audio and video cables as necessary. You want to avoid my situation which is that the original homeowners went cheap and some rooms have only 1 RG6 and 1 Cat5 while I need at least two. Doing it all before drywall goes up is much cheaper than retrofitting after the fact.
