McCauley 6174 18" Subs Farting

I know what I did, I overloaded them. What are my options? Is there a way for me to fix them? Recoil? I don't know, I'm in a bad spot right now.

One of the dual subs is farting and the other one has no output at all. I know there's pretty much nothing I can do, and when my boss finds out, I am screwed.

It sounds like you were using them without a high pass filter.

Your best bet is to get the replacement parts directly from the manufacturer in order for the box to appropriately load the repaired driver.
