I see that the Vera bookshelves are on sale for $449. The website says the list price was $3200. Does anyone know if it is true?

I think the subs may be the good buys, you can get a pair of sealed 12" subs for a little over $600... amps / enclosures are worth that..

I have been recommending the subs - do not need to be looking at the likes of them
Bic, NXG and Dayton subs, when there is something like the Alexxa 12

One owner of the Alexxa B1 bookshelf says, the sound favors the Epos sound signature.

I am sure these are awesome products, hand built in germany, super heavy, mb quarts stuff is usually top notch.. I wish I needed more subs or bookshelfs, problem is I don't... But I have added a pair of the bookshelfs, a center, and a pair of the higher end subs to the cart.. but then I was like, "what am I doing", thats just silly... I have to stop buying speakers.

I am about to go with the Vera bookshelf speaker - if I do, something that I still own,
will need to leave the house. Then I will need to really slow down.

I am so close to pulling the trigger on those Veras. $520 after shipping sounds too good.

I will guess that these have similarities if not shared components of the older MB Quart QLS line. I have owned the towers and center for 14 years and still love them every time I listen to them.
