Is there a preference for type of material to use for a subwoofer plate? I have a wood panel that my subwoofer is sitting on. Would it be better to use wood, tile, carpet, etc.? Any suggestions would be great. Currently the wood panel has carpet on one side and just wood on the other, so I could do either.
