We know that sometimes adding a subwoofer can be a complicated task. Sometimes the room is too large or too small, sometimes you can't have long cables running around the floor, or maybe you suffer from the "worst" issue of all... wife acceptance (hehe). With those issues in mind, our friends at MartinLogan have designed their Dynamo 1000w subwoofer.

This sub features a 500-watt RMS, 1,000-watt peak amplifier and 12-inch cone driver which is capable of providing a good amount of bass. The Dynamo 1000w's advanced-technology driver pairs a high-power magnet structure with a 12-inch diaphragm to deliver high excursion and sound output. But if your room is small, its has a standard down-firing configuration which quickly and easily converts into a front-firing configuration, ideal for discrete installations.

See how it works:

We know that running cables can be a "pain" sometimes. With the Dynamo 1000w this isn't a problem either as this sub incorporates a wireless receiver for use with their included SWT-2 Wireless Transmitter. No more issues with cables and long distance runs.

The Dynamo 1000w has been constructed from some the finest composite materials. This product not only looks very good on the inside where it has critically placed structural cross-bracing for added rigidity, but the outside, it is elegant and fine. It really look good, doesn't it?

This unit is elegant even its back:
