Kind of a feeler thread ... I have a brand new in the box, Martin Logan Motion C center channel speaker I would be willing to let go for 279, shipped and Paypaled. CONUS only please; shipping from Michigan.
This speaker is a currnet Martin Logan product, retails for 499, and is superior to both the Motion 6 and Motion 8. It handles a full 200 watts (neither the 6 or 8 do) and is the only one that comes in a nice wood cabinet (as opposed to plastic ones of the 6 and 8). The box has been opened to check and make sure everything was present, but has not been out of the plastic, hung, or hooked up, so it is as new.
Unlike some of the other Martin Logan offerings such as the Vignette and Encore TF, this speaker was not comprimised by being designed to act as left, right, and center. It was probably the nicest conventional dedicated center speaker ML produced (non-electrostat).
