Marantz SR7707 OR Denon X4000

Hello,
I'm a newbie..lol
I am requesting assistance, opinions on which receiver to go with.
I have the opportunity to purchase either the Denon X4000 or the Marantz SR7007 at a really good price, basically $100 difference in price. I know the Denon X4000 has XT32 but I am not sure if I really need it. i am running 5.1 with B&W CM5 Speakers. My home theater is in my family room which is approximately 17X20. I have ordered the Panasonic 65" VT60 Plasma which should be here first of next week. I know the Denon is a very nice receiver but I just like the looks of the Marantz a little better. I do not want to purchase a receiver just on looks alone but I normally do not upgrade that often, I still have my 15 yr old Denon AVR 3600 receiver which still plays like new to this day.. lol
Please give me your opinions and thoughts.

I went from XT to XT32 with no expectation but was nicely surprised to find that it eliminated a couple of bass dips in my room that the XT could not. Aside from that if look is more important go with the Marantz otherwise the Denon wins on the feature side such as 9.2 capable. There should be no difference in sound quality in pure direct mode.

Well, I found a Denon 4520 at a great price from an authorized Denon Dealer and I jumped on it.
It should arrive on Tuesday.
