Marantz SR7010 (or other AV receiver?) and HDR-10 Pass Through?

I noticed from a prior thread that there are potentially some issues with the Marantz AV8802A HDR-10 Pass through with an xbox one s for gaming.

I'm interested in upgrading my 1080 TV to a 4K set and an xbox one s, and a 4K blue ray player (probably the new Oppo when it comes out, depending on how good it actually is). This will not be a super high end system, and I'm planning to use the Aperion Verus Grand Towers, center, and bookshelf speakers and SVS PB 13 Ultra from my present system.

I'm inclined to buy a Marantz AV receiver because I've had good luck with them in the past (I will readily admit that my Marantz bias is not entirely logical, but I love them for some reason). As I understand the specs published by Marantz for the SR7010, it appears to me that it should be able to handle the HDR-10 pass through from the xbox one s, but I'm not 100% sure this is correct? Has anyone else tried using the SR7010 with the xbox one s?

I'm open to suggestions concerning other AV receivers that may be a better choice. I'm not presently planning to add 4 speakers to use the Dolby Atmos, but having an Atmos capable receiver is a slight "plus" in case I change my mind (adding overhead speakers would not be easy, and I will need to listen to some Atmos set ups before deciding if it's worth it to me)

In terms of cost, I'd prefer to not go too much higher than $1,200 or so, but this is not a "hard" limit, just a general preference.

I'd guess this system is used for gaming about 50% of time (e.g. Titanfall), 30% blu rays, and 20% plain old TV (directv), mostly sports. The room is about 3,300 cubic feet.
