Marantz Sr 5012

My 2.5 year old Marantz SR5012 no longer output any sound to any speakers and the headphone jack no longer outputs any sound. Any suggestions ? Does it go to the recycle bin ? I unplugged and even did a retart

Probably not much you can do if unresponsive to a restart.....unless that came with a 3-year warranty?

I had a 2 1/2 yr old marantz 7009 with a board problem which Marantz fixed at no chg. Then, after an amp problem with it in which Marantz had no replacement part, they replaced the receiver w/ a rebuilt 7012 at No chg. they are very responsible.

Will get a repair authorization for repair at Marantz in NJ.. I am 2 months out of warranty. If they charge me I am done with Marantz. my Yamahas are working 6 years in.
