Hi, guys. I'm a big fan of your site; it's taught me a lot!
I work at a pawn shop and I see lots of cool stuff come through our doors that I usually wind up buying dirt cheap if the people who pawn it don't come back to get it. Recently, we had these speakers come in.
They are Marantz LS-17A speakers. That's pretty much all I know about them. I can't find anything on the internet concerning the specs on these things or what they go for. What I do know is that they have 12-15" woofers (didn't get a very close look, didn't want the guy to know I was interested in his stuff), they're 4-ways, they're surprisingly heavy, they have blue grills, and they have cooling fins on the front.
We loaned the guy $30 on them, and if I wanted them I couuld pick them up for $50. I need to know, are they worth my time?
