Marantz DV4001 as cd player.

Help me decide!
I am ultimately setting up two system and need another cd player. I don't care about video, but see Accessories4less has the DV4001 <$100. Is this a reasonable candidate for music only?
They also have the Marantz CC4001 5 CD changer for <$200. Marantz acts like the DAC on this model is a pretty hot stuff. I'd like a changer as long as it is durable and doesn't compromise other aspects.

What are your thoughts?
Are there other CD players which I should consider instead?

In theory, the dedicated cd player should have better sound quality since it was designed for one task only. It will definately load faster. That being said, I've always used a DVD player for the ability to play DVD Audio and DVD's holding more songs. Comes down to what features you are looking for. I don't have any experience with those players, so I won't offer any advice on them specifically.
