Has anyone informations on the late Saul B. Marantz and the Imperial 6. I met Saul B. Marantz first when he started his business with Jon Dahlquist. At that time Saul B. Marantz also had contact to Henry Kloss. Does anyone know more about this period?
Another fine person in loudspeaker design is Stanley Marquiss. Maybe someone may remember his 1986 EMC planar spekers from Arkansas. He but started with ESS which stands for Electro Static Systems but was famous for the Heil Air Motion transformer. Does anyone has more informations?
Interestingly Nelso Pass started at ESS and then joined with Dahlquist. Anyone knows about this early period?
Last question: in 1986 Chicago CES there was a planar speker with three or four planars that werde sitting on a construction similar to a bush? Anyone knows something about this company? I gues they were from sweden?
