Marantz 8802 no pandora listed

Little confused as Pandora not showing when accessing "Online Music" on my Marantz 8802A. Connection is fine as i can connect to other internet radio stations but Pandora is not listed. All i have is favorites,media server, flickr,internet radio.All firmware is up to date.Any ideas as to why it would be missing

I have never seen it listed in my list but it is listed in my manual. I have never used pandora before.

Did you happen to use an app hide feature at some point? My Denon and Onkyo avrs have had a few revisions over the years for the Pandora and Spotify apps, sometimes rendering it useless for months at a time until update issued. At some point they probably just don't update you but you could also try resets (soft first, then microprocessor/factory). The only time I had the actual app icon disappear was on my Denon for Spotify when they updated to Spotify Connect status (I can still use it, just nothing on screen on the network setting, but Onkyo never issued the Spotify update so I have the icon but no functionality).

Thanks for the help mate. I have reset a few times now and still don't get an option for "Pandora".Come to think of it i don't have an option for Spotify either.

That's sometimes why they're not the best way to go for apps except when new....I do still use some of the avr based apps but often find it easier to stream thru an external device/my phone.

Yeah you'd think they'd support the features sold originally, but due technology changes I suppose this isn't always practical to an extent. I've gone to external ways to stream content and find it better overall. It is nice just to use an onboard app, but....
