I can't find too much info on Madrigal other than the fact that they make a variety of gear, wire and connectors. For speaker wire, it isn't going to make a large difference in the sound of the speakers.

Where - the best will be in Poland or EU, but may be everywhere.

Seems like a specialty cable, but what I was getting at is specialty speaker wire really doesn't make any difference so don't go looking to spend a lot of money on it. Sorry, can't help you with where to purchase in Poland, but I'd check for higher end shops if you must find it.
