Here is what I have installed right now. I just ordered new surrounds (Polk FXi3's) so the old Sony's will be swapped out and updated pictures will probably occur within a month.

Fronts are mounted 5'-6" high on B-Tech BT77 mounts. They are inverted so the tweeters is within 6" of the tweeter on the center channel speaker.

It's a great start. You'll never be finished tweaking and you'll probably never stop getting additional advice for how to make adjustments to your new theater. Enjoy!

The room is actually 15x11. Not too awkward IMO. Just looks it with that partial brick wall.
