This might sound like you "duh" answer, but in all seriousness you need to buy an amp that supports 4 ohm speakers. If you don't, your amp(s) can clip and damage the speakers. If they are 4 ohms, they need some serious power.

yo you will need an amp that is stable in to a 4 ohm OR a 1 ohm load mono. With a series parellel wiring scheme you will get a 4 ohm mono load whereas with a parellel parellel wiring scheme will result in a 1 ohm load mono. Furthermore, by bridging your amp will enable you to get the most power out of your amp as long as the amp is stable to a 4 ohm mono or a 1 ohm mono load. Keep in mind that a 1 ohm mono load is a very demanding load upon your amp and will in most cases generate a lot of heat especially when using a class "A/B" amp. You would be better served using a class"D" amp for the 1 ohm mono load. Thus, lower impedences always result in more current thereby allowing more electrons to flow. Hence, the more electrons flowing will result in more heat. Lastly, it is imperative to have a good stable power supply as many high-powered amps require or at least benefit from a stiffening cap and/or extra battery such as a dry cell. Hope this helps.
