As requested, I calibrated my system using auto set-up. I let it do everything. When finished, I had lost volume & had no sub output. It seems that it set my speakers to large. Well, I went in & set them back to small & went through auto set-up skipping speaker size. I got my volume back & sub output! It was pretty cool how it set my eq. There is no way I could have done that! The sound is amazing now. I just thought it sounded good before.
Thanks to everone who insisted I calibrate my system!

What would cause my Yamaha 2400 to shut down automatically when at higher volumes. The message is "Check wiring". I've plugged and unplugged everything, polarity is okay, but this still shutting down occasionally still happens. COuld it be that my surrounds that are rated at only 75 watts can't handle it?
