If the magnet on a sub is loose and you can spin it in circles does that mean it will be ****ed or could it still sound ok?

Depends. If the magnet is stable and spins in just one place with no shifting, it should be okay. Just glue it. Use some liquid superglue in a syringe/needle. At least in my state, you can sign at most pharmacies and get a needle and syringe. It really the only way to squirt the glue up in between the parts really well. Use this and inject superglue all around the magnet between the cracks where possible. You may need to get several needles, as they may tend to clog with the superglue.

If the polepiece has a flat disc on the back, you probably won't be able to remove the magnet without the polepiece. Which manufacturer? Contact them about this.
