Looking for song off DVD

I am looking for the name of a song and the singer that played during the credits of the movie "Australia". It's a female singer and it's the first song that plays when the credits start to roll. I have not been able to find the song listed in the credits.

I've never seen the movie, so you'll have to let me know if this is correct. I just did a quick Google search and found this:
